CLIENT CONSENT TO TRIP TERMS
By sending a request to a driver through the RinoMove Platform, the client confirms that they understand and accept the following terms: 1. The request is not a booking and does not in itself guarantee the provision of a passenger seat, acceptance of cargo, or transportation of an animal. 2. The driver independently decides whether to accept or reject the request. 3. The RinoMove Platform is an information listings platform, does not perform transportation, and does not guarantee that the trip will take place. 4. Until the trip is fixed by the driver, the displayed price is preliminary and may be recalculated as the composition of confirmed trip participants changes. 5. Before the trip, the driver may fix the composition of the trip participants. After fixation, the price is no longer recalculated automatically, and independent cancellation of a confirmed request through the RinoMove Platform may become unavailable. 6. Additional services, deviations from the route, and related amounts are agreed directly between the client and the driver. 7. Payment is made directly to the driver by a method agreed between the users. The RinoMove Platform does not accept or transfer payments. 8. The client must provide accurate information about passengers, cargo, or an animal and must promptly inform the driver if the trip or transportation is no longer required. 9. The users finally agree the trip terms, including the exact time, meeting place, route, and payment method, directly with each other. 10. The RinoMove Platform is not a party to the arrangement between the client and the driver.
