Cargo declaration

By sending a request to a driver for cargo transportation through the RinoMove Platform, the client confirms that: 1. They have provided accurate information about the contents, weight, dimensions, number of packages, and special characteristics of the cargo. 2. The cargo does not contain items or substances whose transportation is prohibited by applicable law or requires special permits, documents, packaging, marking, or conditions, unless such requirements have been fulfilled. 3. The client has informed the driver about any dangerous, fragile, valuable, perishable, or other special characteristics of the cargo. 4. The cargo is packed in a manner appropriate to its nature and the expected transportation conditions. 5. The client has the right to dispose of the cargo and hand it over for transportation. 6. The client independently ensures the required documents, permits, marking, customs clearance, and compliance with the requirements of the countries of departure, transit, and destination. 7. The driver may inspect the packaging, request clarification about the cargo, and refuse to accept it if the actual characteristics do not match the description or if there are doubts about the legality or safety of transportation. 8. The RinoMove Platform does not inspect the cargo contents, documents, or packaging, does not accept cargo for storage, is not a carrier, and does not guarantee its acceptance, delivery, or safety. 9. The client and the driver agree the terms for handover, transportation, and receipt of the cargo directly with each other.
