Consent to share contact with the driver

By sending a request to a driver through the RinoMove Platform, the client confirms that: 1. The contact details provided by the client will be shared with the driver to whom the request is sent. 2. The contact details are shared for: • reviewing the request; • clarifying the route; • agreeing the time and meeting place; • discussing the passenger, cargo, or animal; • agreeing the price and additional terms; • communicating about the specific trip. 3. Sharing contact details does not mean that the driver has accepted the request, that a place has been reserved, or that the trip is guaranteed to take place. 4. Contact details are shared only to the extent provided by the client on the RinoMove Platform. 5. After receiving the contact details, the driver may use them only for communication relating to the specific request or trip. 6. The RinoMove Platform does not control further communication between users outside the Platform. 7. The client may choose not to send the request if they do not agree to their contact details being shared with the driver.
