Driver declaration

By publishing a trip and accepting client requests through the RinoMove Platform, the driver confirms that: 1. They have provided accurate information about the route, trip date, vehicle, available passenger seats, load capacity, volume, and the possibility of transporting animals. 2. They have the legal right to drive the specified vehicle and use it for the relevant trip. 3. The vehicle is in technically sound condition and has the documents, insurance, registration, and other mandatory evidence required by applicable law. 4. They have independently checked whether the intended trip or transportation of passengers, cargo, or animals requires: • a licence; • a permit; • business activity registration; • special insurance; • compliance with commercial transport rules; • fulfilment of tax obligations; • any other mandatory documents or conditions. 5. They will not confirm requests that exceed the actual capacity of the vehicle in terms of seats, weight, volume, or dimensions. 6. Before confirming a request, they will check: • the client’s route; • pick-up, drop-off, collection, and delivery points; • information about the passenger, cargo, or animal; • available capacity; • the preliminarily calculated price; • additional trip terms. 7. They understand the price calculation principle used by the RinoMove Platform and agree that the preliminary price may be recalculated as the composition of confirmed participants changes until the trip is fixed. 8. Before fixing the trip, they will check the final composition of participants, the route, capacity, and calculated prices. 9. After fixing the trip, they will comply with the confirmed terms or immediately notify clients if the trip cannot be performed.
