Rules for using RinoMove and the service status as an information platform for listings.

Version v1.0ENLV

TERMS OF USE OF THE RINOMOVE INFORMATION PLATFORM

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS These Terms govern the use of the RinoMove information Platform. Operator of the RinoMove Platform: Name: SIA “MODERN IT SOLUTIONS” Registration number: 40203138127 Address: Šarlotes iela 18A–3, Rīga, LV-1001, Latvia Email: [email protected]

By registering on the RinoMove Platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the RinoMove Platform. Individual sections apply depending on the user’s role and actions. A user may act either: • as a client seeking transport for a trip or for the transportation of cargo, an animal, or passengers; or • as a driver publishing a listing for a planned trip and willing to accept passengers, cargo, or animals. Only adult users with full legal capacity may use the RinoMove Platform.

2. STATUS OF THE RINOMOVE PLATFORM The RinoMove Platform is an information listings platform for planned one-time or recurring trips on intercity and international routes. It provides users with technical means to publish listings, search for suitable trips, submit requests, and contact each other. The RinoMove Platform is not a carrier, freight forwarder, or travel agent; does not act as a representative of the driver or client; does not conclude a contract of carriage on behalf of users; does not perform trips or transportation; does not decide whether a passenger, animal, or cargo may enter a vehicle; does not guarantee performance of a trip, safety of cargo, provision of a seat, or verification of users’ documents. Trip and transportation terms are agreed directly between the driver and the client. All price calculations displayed on the website are for information purposes only.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT To use certain functions of the RinoMove Platform, a user must create an account and provide accurate information. The user must provide up-to-date contact details, not create an account on behalf of another person without a lawful basis, not give access to the account to third parties, protect passwords and access codes, promptly update information when it changes, and immediately notify the RinoMove Platform Operator if unauthorised access is suspected. The user is responsible for actions performed through the account unless the unauthorised access resulted from a breach by the RinoMove Platform Operator. During registration, the RinoMove Platform requests confirmation of the email address by sending a digital code. Other account verification methods may be added in the future.

4. USER ROLES 4.1. CLIENT A client is a user who submits a request to a driver in relation to a published trip for the transportation of a passenger, cargo, or animal, or publishes a listing for drivers seeking transport on a specified route and date. The client independently chooses the driver and trip.

4.2. DRIVER A driver is a user who publishes a listing for an upcoming trip on a specified route and reviews client requests for that trip. The driver independently determines whether they are entitled to perform the relevant trip or transportation as a private individual, sole trader, self-employed person, company, or professional carrier. The RinoMove Platform does not verify the driver’s legal status and, by default, does not check whether the driver holds licences, permits, insurance, or other documents.

4.3. ACCOUNT ROLE RESTRICTION One account may have only one role: client or driver. Simultaneous use of the same account in both roles is not permitted. The role may be changed only in the manner provided by the RinoMove Platform functionality or by contacting support.

5. PUBLISHING A TRIP By publishing a trip, the driver confirms that the information provided is accurate, including the route, trip date, vehicle information, number of available passenger seats, available load capacity, available volume, possibility of transporting animals, permitted cargo categories, boarding, loading, and delivery conditions, and the desired amount for the trip. Publishing a trip does not mean that the RinoMove Platform guarantees its performance. The driver must keep the information up to date and promptly update or cancel the trip if it cannot take place under the published conditions.

6. REQUEST FOR A SEAT OR TRANSPORTATION A client may submit a request to a driver for a passenger seat, cargo transportation, animal transportation, or a combination of these options. Submitting a request is not a booking and does not automatically reserve a seat or vehicle capacity. Together with the request, the client provides the driver with contact details in the scope supported by the RinoMove Platform. After receiving a request, the driver independently decides whether to confirm it, reject it, or propose another price, date, or other terms. Until confirmation by the driver, the seat or vehicle capacity is not considered reserved.

7. CONFIRMATION BY THE DRIVER The status “Confirmed by driver” means that the driver has used the RinoMove Platform functionality to confirm an intention to accept the relevant request on the displayed terms. Until the trip is fixed, the confirmed request remains active: its price may be recalculated, and the driver or client may cancel the request in the manner provided by the RinoMove Platform functionality. This status is not a guarantee by the RinoMove Platform that the trip will be performed. The RinoMove Platform does not reserve a seat in its own name and does not guarantee that the driver will perform the trip, a seat will actually be provided, the route and time will remain unchanged, cargo will be accepted or delivered, or the trip will be completed within a specified period. The driver must promptly inform the client of cancellation, changes to the route, time, price, or other material terms and, where the Platform functionality allows, update or cancel the listing through the Platform. The client must promptly inform the driver if they no longer require the trip or transportation and, where the Platform functionality allows, cancel the request through the Platform.

8. PRICE CALCULATION RULES 8.1. DRIVER’S DESIRED AMOUNT When publishing a trip, the driver specifies the desired total amount for the trip. Based on this amount, the RinoMove Platform calculates a preliminary price for passengers, cargo senders, and clients requesting animal transportation. The RinoMove Platform does not set the transportation price in its own name. It performs an automated calculation based on trip parameters and information provided by users. The calculation is for information purposes only. All amounts displayed by the RinoMove Platform are stated in euros unless another currency is expressly indicated.

8.2. CALCULATION BY ROUTE SEGMENTS The route is divided into separate segments between boarding, drop-off, collection, and delivery points. The total amount for the trip specified by the driver is allocated among the route segments in proportion to the length of each segment. A user participates in the cost only for the segments: • travelled by that user as a passenger; • during which the user’s cargo is in the vehicle; • during which the user’s animal is transported.

8.3. CALCULATION UNITS The following calculation units are used to allocate the cost: • one passenger seat — 1 calculation unit; • each commenced 100 kilograms of cargo — 1 calculation unit; • an animal occupying a separate passenger seat — 1 calculation unit; • an animal not occupying a separate passenger seat — 0.3 calculation units. For example, cargo weighing from 1 to 100 kilograms counts as one calculation unit, while cargo weighing from 101 to 200 kilograms counts as two calculation units. On each segment, the cost is allocated among passengers, cargo, and animals in the vehicle on that segment in proportion to their calculation units. The price of a specific request consists of its shares for all route segments used.

8.4. WEIGHT, VOLUME, AND CAPACITY A calculation unit is used to allocate the price and does not replace verification of the vehicle’s actual capacity. The possibility of accepting cargo is checked separately, taking account of the actual weight, volume, dimensions, vehicle load on each route segment, and information provided by the driver. Even if the automated check indicates that the cargo may fit, the final decision is made by the driver.

8.5. PRELIMINARY PRICE The price displayed before the trip is fixed by the driver is preliminary. Until fixation, the preliminary price of a confirmed request may change automatically as other requests on shared route segments are confirmed or cancelled. Only requests confirmed by the driver are included in the calculation. The preliminary price is not a guaranteed offer by the RinoMove Platform.

8.6. FIXING THE TRIP AND FINAL PRICE When confirming a request, the driver sees the price calculated for the specific client. By confirming the request, the driver confirms agreement with the specified route, the passenger, cargo, or animal parameters, the displayed price, and the provision of the corresponding seat or capacity. Confirmation of the request by the driver does not fix the final price. After confirmation, the price continues to be recalculated automatically as the composition of confirmed participants changes on shared route segments. Before the trip, the driver fixes the trip using the RinoMove Platform functionality. At the moment of fixation, the final composition of confirmed requests and the final price of each request are determined. After fixation, the price is no longer changed automatically by the RinoMove Platform, and independent cancellation of the fixed request through the Platform becomes unavailable. If the driver proposes another price, an additional amount, or other paid terms, they become agreed only after the client expressly accepts them. The client’s silence does not constitute consent. If the trip becomes impossible after fixation or an emergency occurs, the driver and client must contact each other immediately and, where necessary, contact RinoMove Platform support. Such a situation does not automatically change the price stored on the Platform.

8.7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Unless expressly included in the RinoMove Platform calculation, the basic price does not include door-to-door delivery, additional waiting time, loading, unloading, carrying cargo upstairs, storage, packaging, customs expenses, toll roads, ferries, or other separately agreed expenses. When confirming a request, the driver may specify the cost of additional services, such as an additional charge for delivery to an agreed exact location. The driver and client must agree these services and their cost before the trip.

8.8. DRIVER’S CONSENT TO PRICING By registering as a driver or activating the driver role, the user confirms that they have read this section, understand the price calculation principle, agree that the algorithm will be applied to trips published by them, understand that the calculated preliminary price will be shown to clients, and undertake to check the parameters of each request when confirming it and the final price before fixing the trip. Consent to the general algorithm does not replace confirmation of a specific request and a specific price.

9. PAYMENT The RinoMove Platform does not accept or transfer payment for a trip or transportation. The driver and client agree the payment method directly with each other. The RinoMove Platform does not store bank card details for transportation payments and is not a party to financial settlements between users. Users are independently responsible for the payment method, confirmation of payment, refunds, tax obligations, and issuing receipts or invoices where required by law. Users must not provide another user with bank card details, passwords, verification codes, or access to a banking application.

9.1. FREE USE OF THE RINOMOVE PLATFORM As of the effective date of this version of the Terms, the core functions of the RinoMove Platform are provided free of charge. The Operator does not charge a commission for publishing a trip, posting a listing, submitting or confirming a request, or sharing contact details between users. The Operator may introduce paid functions, subscriptions, or a service fee in the future. Such terms apply only after prior notice to the user and, where required, acceptance of a new version of the documents.

10. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS The client must provide accurate information about passengers, cargo, and animals; state the actual weight and dimensions of cargo; disclose fragility and special transportation conditions; not hand over prohibited or dangerous items; independently ensure appropriate packaging; provide the driver with necessary documents; arrive at the agreed place on time; and verify information about the driver and trip before handing over cargo or starting the trip. The client independently decides whether the available information about the driver is sufficient.

11. DRIVER OBLIGATIONS The driver must have the right to drive the vehicle, use a technically sound vehicle, independently ensure the required documents and insurance, comply with legal requirements, not publish knowingly false information, not confirm requests exceeding actual capacity, comply with agreed terms, promptly report changes or cancellation, and use the client’s contact details only for communication relating to the relevant request or trip. The driver is independently responsible for determining whether a licence, permit, business registration, tax payment, or compliance with commercial transportation rules is required.

11.1. INTERNATIONAL TRIPS Users independently verify the requirements of the countries of departure, transit, and destination, including border crossing rules, passenger entry requirements, customs clearance, and rules for transporting animals, cargo, and other items.

12. RINOMOVE PLATFORM AI ASSISTANT The RinoMove Platform may provide an AI assistant to help users complete a draft listing or trip, search for information within the Platform, prepare a support request, or understand interface functions. The AI assistant is not a carrier, dispatcher, lawyer, or party to agreements between users. It may make mistakes. The user must verify generated text before saving, publishing, or sending it. Price calculation, capacity verification, and request status changes are performed by RinoMove Platform functions. An AI assistant response does not by itself confirm a price, seat availability, or acceptance of a request by the driver.

12.1. TRANSMISSION OF TEXT TO AN AI PROVIDER Text entered by the user into the AI assistant may be sent to an external AI service provider for processing and response generation. Before being sent to the external AI provider, the text is NOT automatically masked, anonymised, or stripped of personal data. The user must assume that all entered text may be transmitted to the external AI provider.

12.2. PROHIBITION ON PROVIDING EXCESSIVE PERSONAL DATA The user must not enter into the AI assistant passport data, identity document numbers, residence permits, driving licences, insurance documents, bank details, bank card numbers, passwords, verification codes, medical information, an exact home address, vehicle documents, personal data of other persons without a lawful basis, or any other confidential information not required for the request. For use of the AI assistant, it is sufficient to provide only necessary information, such as the city of departure, city of destination, date, number of passengers, total cargo weight and dimensions, need to transport an animal, or a description of a problem without unnecessary personal data. More detailed information about processing of AI assistant text is provided in the RinoMove Platform Privacy Policy.

13. SHARING CONTACT DETAILS The client agrees that the contact details provided by the client may be shared with the driver to whom the request is sent. The contact details are shared for reviewing the request, agreeing the route, time and meeting place, discussing cargo or an animal, agreeing the price, and communicating about a confirmed trip. Sharing contact details does not mean that the request is accepted or that a seat is guaranteed to be reserved. A user may not use received contact details for advertising, mass mailings, disclosure to third parties, harassment or threats, or purposes unrelated to the specific request or trip.

14. CARGO AND PROHIBITED ITEMS The RinoMove Platform must not be used to transport items whose possession or transportation is prohibited by applicable law. The sender is responsible for the legality of the contents, accuracy of the description, packaging, marking, required permits and documents, and informing the driver about dangerous cargo properties. The driver may refuse cargo if its actual contents, weight, dimensions, packaging, or condition do not match the description. The RinoMove Platform does not inspect cargo contents.

15. TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS Transportation of an animal must be agreed with the driver in advance. The owner or person accompanying the animal is responsible for the required documents, veterinary requirements, the animal’s health condition, carrier or restraint equipment, food and care, safety of the animal and others, and compliance with border crossing rules. The RinoMove Platform does not inspect animal documents and does not guarantee that the animal can be transported.

16. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT The user must publish only accurate information and must not publish threats, insults, discriminatory statements, unlawful content, another person’s personal data, false information, or advertising unrelated to use of the RinoMove Platform. The RinoMove Platform may hide or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. The Operator may hide, cancel, or remove a trip, listing, or request where there are reasonable indications of unlawfulness, fraud, a safety threat, inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms. When considering a complaint, the Operator may leave the material unchanged, request correction, hide or remove it, restrict individual functions, or apply other measures provided by these Terms.

17. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS The RinoMove Platform may restrict or suspend a user’s access where there are grounds to believe that the user breaches these Terms, publishes false information, creates a threat to other users, uses the Platform for unlawful activity, misuses contact details, attempts to interfere with the Platform, creates multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, or publishes offensive, threatening, or obscene listings. Where possible, the Operator informs the user of the reason for the restriction. The user may appeal the access restriction through the RinoMove Platform support form, stating the circumstances that should, in the user’s opinion, be reconsidered. Where permitted by law and where this does not create a safety risk, the Operator informs the user concerned of the decision and its main reasons.

18. LIABILITY The RinoMove Platform Operator is responsible for operation of the Platform itself, processing of personal data, and performance of its own obligations under applicable law. The Operator is not responsible for users’ actions and decisions, including refusal to travel, cancellation of a confirmed request, route changes, delays, failure to appear, refusal to accept a passenger, cargo, or animal, the driver’s actions during the trip, actions of a passenger or sender, loss of or damage to cargo caused by a user, condition of the vehicle, absence of user documents, or direct financial settlements between users. If damage results from the actions of a driver, client, or another user, the relevant user is responsible. This section does not release the RinoMove Platform Operator from liability for its own breaches.

19. SUPPORT, QUESTIONS, AND COMPLAINTS A user may contact RinoMove Platform support through the website form to ask a question, report a technical issue, submit a complaint about a user or listing, or report a suspected breach of these Terms. Where possible, the user should provide information needed to understand the situation, including a description of the issue or breach, the related trip or request, the date of the event, and other relevant information. The user should not provide passwords, verification codes, full bank card details, or other information unnecessary for reviewing the request. Support may request additional information, forward the request to a responsible employee, apply moderation measures, or inform the user about available further steps. Requests are considered within a reasonable period, taking account of their nature, complexity, and urgency. The RinoMove Platform is not an emergency service. Following review of a complaint, the Operator may leave material unchanged, request correction, hide or remove it, restrict account functions, or apply other measures provided by these Terms. Contacting support and support participation do not mean that the Operator becomes a party to the trip or transportation, assumes the obligations of the driver or client, undertakes to pay compensation or refund money, or resolves a dispute instead of a court, insurer, or public authority. The driver and client should, where possible, attempt to resolve disagreements directly. A user may contact competent authorities or a court in accordance with applicable law. Where there is an immediate threat to life, health, or property, the user should contact the emergency services of the relevant country rather than wait for a support response.

20. ACCOUNT DELETION A user may delete the account through the RinoMove Platform or submit a request through the support form on the website. Processing and deletion of personal data after account deletion are carried out in accordance with the RinoMove Platform Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not require the Operator to continue storing personal data, trips, or requests published by the user.

21. LANGUAGES OF THE RINOMOVE PLATFORM AND DOCUMENTS The primary interface language of the RinoMove Platform is English. The Platform may also be available in Latvian and other languages added as it develops. Where no previous language selection is stored, the interface opens in English. The language selected by the user may be stored in the browser’s local storage. Legally significant documents are provided in the languages required with regard to applicable law and the audience of the RinoMove Platform.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE The software, design, texts, interface elements, databases, and other materials of the RinoMove Platform belong to the Operator or are used by the Operator lawfully. The user may not copy substantial parts of the Platform, perform automated data collection, bypass technical restrictions, attempt to obtain unauthorised access, or interfere with the software.

23. CHANGES TO AND AVAILABILITY OF FUNCTIONS The Operator may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue individual RinoMove Platform functions due to product development, maintenance, security, or legal requirements. The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

24. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES WITH THE OPERATOR These Terms and the relationship between the user and the RinoMove Platform Operator are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. The choice of Latvian law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection granted by the law of the country of their habitual residence. Before contacting a competent authority or court, the user may submit a complaint through the support form or by email. A dispute is considered in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules. These Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

25. CHANGES TO THE TERMS The RinoMove Platform Operator may update these Terms when Platform functions, calculation rules, or applicable law change. The document page states the version number and effective date. If a change materially affects the user’s rights or obligations, the RinoMove Platform requests renewed acceptance of the new version. If pricing rules change materially, a driver must accept the new version of the Terms before publishing a new trip or confirming a new request.

26. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS During registration, the RinoMove Platform records the user identifier, accepted document version, date and time of acceptance, and the user’s role at the time of acceptance. The user cannot complete registration without accepting these Terms. For a user registering as a driver, consent to Section 8 “Price Calculation Rules” is additionally recorded.

27. CONTACTS AND SUPPORT Questions, complaints, and reports of technical problems may be submitted through the support form on the RinoMove Platform website or by email. Email: [email protected] Address: Šarlotes iela 18A–3, Rīga, LV-1001, Latvia
